You can now also:

• Swap into bench from starters

• Swap or bring into overflow to test/check new players

• Swap in and out of FLX where you have FLX.

• You can also now outright drop players.
  

League Map fixes:

Some changes to league map:

You now get a sum of all averages of your opponents plus the weighted AVG sum which is more current. This helps you track team strength at a macro view.

This is separate to realistic averages from league data.
FLX for your team now shows up in League map too (as requested!)

Matchup Manager:

There was also a bug in the IMPORT ROSTER function of Matchup Manager.

Thanks to everyone who helped (especially Dransy who was my test dummy!)

We got that fixed yesterday arvo so now Import works correctly!

It’s a pretty big set-up activity (adding your opponents rosters/starters at least) but then maintenance is pretty simple and it’s a super cool way to get a snapshot of who has trade targets and certain variables that could open up discussions. Obviously trading is more nuanced than that but it’s the best starting spot I’ve ever seen.

Now, today - yes - today, I just released the Origin Planner which is a simple but highly beneficial tool - it has some pretty cool logic in it to help you manage requirements if you play bye rounds etc:

I also added some more analytics on your league data that should be quite interesting and really important as we progress towards rounds 10+:

And lastly I went NUTS on Matchup Manager with more advanced projections and behaviours as your matchup tracks, and added more nuance in the oracle analysis for when your opponent has some players underperforming early on.

Here’s the new captaincy / pivot / selector that adjusts projections accordingly for more fluid matchup forecasting:

I must admit MM is best setup on desktop, but adding scores on mobile works real nice.

Also: some leagues will need to visit league settings to check they’ve got their league captaincy options turned on :-)

And also remember Roster Workshop is your team’s source of truth!

I also overhauled the momentum tracker to be more based on how actuals and projections are relating as the matchup goes on:

I’ve kept pre-round intel because it’s a cool snapshot and it’s static once things kick off.

Oracle analysis populates below that and I’ve refined it as mentioned.

Quality of life thing below, you can import opponent from League Map if you update their team or prior to round commencement etc as you’re setting up for the round:

I also spent time just tidying up the Path to Finals analytics page as I noticed it was a bit out of tune since release:

And finally as I mentioned - despite a few annoying bugs - this is all WAY cheaper for you to either get started on and experience life with the oracle, or to upgrade to get the full suite / support the product and project even more:

What you guys don’t see is that the accompaniment to Draft Oracle is my admin platform that I also build, maintain and improve that drives so much of what I do and share on socials and into the Oracle so that is a second component that I pour hours and energy into!
